Good idea Chealsea . I am longing to get back to the gym but am just too tired at the moment. My gym has a creche too so hopefully it wont be too long after baby arrives I will be able to start backalbeit gently

Sounds like your stomach must be pretty toned , do you do different stomach excersises or are all 300 crunches ?

My tummy is toned, it always has been, you just cant see it with the loose skin from my c-section!! Im working on tightening the skin, but i think it will only go so far, i think a tummy tuck is the only way for me to get mu belly back to how it was

    I do different stomach excerises

Just got back from the Gym and i am leaping about like a wally. I love going there to dance and get on the wobble machine. So i did about 30 lengths of the pool at lunch and then was at the gym for an hour this evening on various machines.

Oooh you're going for it Fants! How are you getting on with the wobble machine then?

I've been out for a run tonight, I'm building up gradually though. I was out for about 45 mins, that was about 35 mins of walking 1minute, jogging 4 minutes, then a 10 minute walk at the end to cool down.

I meant to go to the gym this evening, but this afternoon I walked for about 40 mins (up King's Road) in my MBTs and that knackered me. So exercise done, I think!
