    Just called the hospital

about the reduced movements. I have felt the head bobbing or moving but not much and have had no arm, leg, body movement....not that I have felt. Plus bump has dropped.

Spoke to a m/w who said that baby could have moved position but as I called them, they are of the opinion that as I am worried enough to call them I should be checked out and to call the Assessment clinic. So..called the assessment clinic...finally got an appointment for 1pm but felt like she was telling me it was normal etc anyway she told me to sit and drink cold water. I had coffee earlier to see if that would work and some chocolate but told her both of those didn't work.

I would rather be checked out just incase. DH reminded me that this happened with Lucy but with Lucy I was 38 weeks.

On one hand I feel like I am wasting their time and being paranoid but on the other...I want to make sure Fred is okay.

    Will keep you updated.

Please do! Don't worry about wasting their time or whatever, this is your baby, and only you know how you feel and any changes that have happened.

I was a bit eek a few nights ago, but luckily have rented a doppler from ebay so could find wriggle's heartbeat and was reassured that way.

I am out at the hospital this afternoon with my friend ( to hold her hand) but will log in later to see how you got on.

you get your mind set at ease. xxxxxxx

ETA I was a bit eek because wriggle wasn't moving - I drank some coke and nothing either!

Don't feel you are wasting anyones time, you are right to get it checked though I'm sure everything is fine. I would certainly want it to be checked out if I were you so you are doing the right thing. Good luck at hosp and let us know

You're not wasting anyone's time. Fetal movement is still very important at this stage, and a great indicator of any potential problems (so I was told a couple of weeks ago when I had the same fears)
Hope your appointment is going well x
