Nappy Rash....what cream?
ok so millie has horrid nappy rash at the mo, started small now is worse, am sure its caused by teething as she dribbles, chews , competes with the sun with her cheeks :D
i m using sudocreme/zinc and castor cream at the mo, and trying to let her have a kick with no nappy on (but she gets cold v easy and its freezing in our downstairs)
is bepanthen any good? or does anyone else have any reccommendations of what to use?
she doesnt seem to be suffering with it it just looks so sore its horrible.
TIAIm definitely going to hell, but I'll have all the best stories to tell.

I'm a great fan of Bepanthen, also use Metanium but Bepanthen seems to sort it best when its really bad

Re: Nappy Rash....what cream?
I use either pure coconut oil or pure lanolin (dependent on how bad it is.....)
I found that Metanium dried their skin out really badly (although in fairness it was brilliant on Euwyn....)
