    Roast beef?

    I've got a peice of beef for dinner tomoz,I just normally put it in the oven and leave it to roast.
    Anyone got any ideas what I could do with it? ie;roast it with....

    Smeared with mustard , or bung in some veggies I love the taste of the veg/ roasties with beef fat

    Other than that maybe beef wellington

    yeh it will be the same as always beef or chicken with yorkies,mash,veg roasties and gravy,all yum just cant be bothered with it

    I usually trickle some Worcester sauce over a beef joint to give it extra flavour. I cook mine really slowly on about 130degrees so that it is tender & pink... yum!
