I think it was me who mentioned it lol. I signed up this morning and have been really surprised at the weekly food plan. Seems like there isn't any room to get hungry and good shopping list system too. I only signed up for 2 month and I'l see how it goes from there.

Yep, I signed up today too, but my actual diet starts on Weds (to give me time to get the food in).
Sapphire, did you really limit your food choices? It's just that I've been doing my online shopping, and it's so far over £100  :faint: for two of us, and I'm not finished!

Yep, sounds good to me Nay. I've been on their messageboards, but as the site is so new, it's not busy yet. It's be good to have one here so we can support each other, mentally and technically!

i am really looking forward to starting mine... doing a shop tomorrow morning but sending Mr.N out for some breakfast stuff...
Tommorow my brekki is Crunchy nut cornflakes, toast and marmalade (i have noticed they seem very keen on marmalade) and apple juice.

mid afternoon snack- hot choc
Dinner- warm noodle salad with fresh basil and creme fraise and cashews

Yeah, I think that's ok. If I've had any questions about the food, I've emailed nutritionist@closerdiets.com and she's really helpful. I've already swapped around a load of meals this week (which is taking longer than I thought it would!), so am gonna leave my shopping lists as it is for now, and seriously downsize it next week!!

yeah definatly should have a support thread because their forum seems 'basic'
i really limited my shopping mainly because i didnt wanna buy stuff for things like snacks etc when they'd go off etc i also tried to find menu swaps so its basics like tinned goods and pasta where i can buy in bulk and for cheap cos i'm brassic at the minute.
i havent eaten my full allowance for today because i've just not been hungry and of course it seems so much lol. I even cut down my portions and it still seemed a lot but hey ho at least thats a good thing on days where i feel hungry.
