Does anyone have a Samsung big American fridge?

I've just changed the water filter in mine for the first time, and the filter indicator is now showing red. Anyone have any idea why that could be? It should be all perfectly good, bit confused...

we have one too Minky, but it's in a temporary position at the moment, and so we haven't plumbed it in yet. I have the manual, if you want me to check it let me know :smile:

I've been googling for possible answers; without knowing the model number I have found this potential cure...

# Samsung - press the ice type and child lock buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

* Note: Hold the buttons for only 3 seconds. If you press these 2 buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, the reset function ceases. Release the buttons and repeat the same step one more time. The water filter indicator light should turn green.
