Spent my surprise day off mooching round town with Emma and we had a lovely time :grin:
She loved all the christmassy displays and has done nothing but say 'mummy- snow man' all day after seeing the santas grotto in the shopping centre :lurve: . We didnt stop to see the man himself as want to take both girls together. Can't wait :ellie:
Got almost all my christmas shopping finished. Ummed and aahed about whether to get DH a psp or not but decided as I could think of bugger all else I'd go for it while they had stock. It was a bit more than I'd planned spending on him by the time I'd put games with it, but what the hell, the old gits worth it :teehee: . God help him if he hasn't bought me something good :lol:
Then to top off the day nicely we've just been to parents evening and found out that charlie is her teachers star pupil and excelling at almost everything, so I'm a very proud mummy tonight :grin:
Have just check on the mindees and they are feeling better so its back to normality tomorrow. Oh well, at least its friday :ellie:
