Woohoo!
We went to Liverpool last weekend and stayed at the Raddison SAS. The hotel was gorgeous, rooms were great, the bar was a really nice place to relax and we brought some family back there for drinks after our meal out.
But the breakfast the next morning was awful. Scrambled egg clearly made from powdered, sausages and bacon looked like it had been shown the oven for all of 2 mins, bread ran out.
So I emailed them ,as it's such an easy thing to put right and it really let the hotel down. I'm a huge fan of hotel breakfasts and was really disappointed.
Anyhoo, they've just given me a call to thank me for my feedback and have given us a complementary B&B stay! Not bad considering we paid £120 for our stay last weekend!
Hmmm, Xmas shopping jaunt, methinks, or possibly a new year break!
