OMFG - my wee girl is SERIOUSLY driving me round the bend!!!

She'll start just by saying 'Mummy?' and if she doesn't get my attention IMMEDIATELY it's 'Mummy, MUMMY, MUMMY....MUMMY.....MUMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYY"
When I do answer her, I either get a load of gobbldigook in return, or silence :hissyfit:

It's driven me crazy today!

Oh and did I mention that she hasn't slept a WINK today

Pass the wine someone :meh:

Oh and that'll teach me, whilst I've been on here, (and yes I know she should be in bed already) she's gone and stuck first class stamps all over the wall and the cat!

I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

Ohhh hee hee, welcome to my world:grin:

Theo says "Mummy" about 1,000,000 times a day- at least!

He says it ALL THE SODDING time, and everytime I answer "Yeah?" "Yes honey", "Can I help", but all I get is "stairs, mummy, mummy car, daddy brrrruum bruum, mummy, auntie car, bus choochoo"...

ETC!

It's become a joke amongst all the family and the staff in his creche.

He even lies in bed in the evening, when I've left his room and get this......

He sings - in the tune of "Twinkle twinkle little star":

"Mummy mummy mummy mum, mummy mummy mummy mum"- over and over  :loco:

On the bus home today, this old lady was looking at him, and he kept pointing to me and saying "mummy, my mummy"... "Mummy"... She found it quite funny:loco:

I get this too - in duo. When in the car it drives me nuts!!!

My little angels plastered the living room with the contents of THREE packets of wipes in the time it took me to check my roast chicken so clearly it is the day for naughtiness!

I get Mummy!

Then when I reply- I get "but I wanted you" in the most pitiful way- you'd think I'd abandoned her

Oh and I am still finding first class stamps stuck to random stuff from a similar event

It doesn't get any better either, Alex still does a similar thing. DRIVES ME CRAZY :laff:

He'll call "MUUUUUUUUUUMY" again and again until I answer and when I say "What is it ?" I either don't get an answer or a load of old rubbish :sigh:

I don't think I'll bother teaching J to speak
