I placed an online order in their sale last night which included part of DH's birthday present (someone has to improve his style!), enough clothes to last Jacob probably until he leaves home and some boots and other bits for me. When I checked my email this morning I hadn't received a confirmation email so I called them and they have no record of my order. That annoyed me enough but now I have gone back onto their site to try and redo the order and it's not blimming working. I am SOOOOOOOOO irritated!!!
Oh that's so annoying. Their site is probably very overloaded as they have a sale on, but still, it should work!
Do it over the phone next time, that way they have to do all the processing work not you (ok ok it's clicking a couple of times and entering some details, but you also will make sure it doesnt get lost!)
Well, I foolishly tried it again and it still didn't work. If I can be bothered trawling through the incredibly slow site again I will phone my order in.
