downloaded movies!!

I've downloaded a movie off the internet....but i'm having problems transferring it to CD. I've got a DVD-rw on my machine although I dont have any DVD-rw discs at moment so was gonna put the movie on a cd-r...ideally I wanted to watch this tonight but have no idea where to start!!

Can anyone help please :thumb:
