Strange buzzing?

all day there has been a really high pitched buzzing noise in my living room. We turned off all the power and it was still there. Right now its thundering and lightning like mad and raining really hard. Could this all be connected?

Sounds like a speaker that hasn't been turned off or a light that's gone faulty. Check and see if it's coming from a light fixture.

its not... checked already! cant be speaker either like i said we turned power off at mains and was still buzzing... Tell you what though... my boiler is being a bugger again... could it be a coincidence???

my boiler breaking! cant fix it till monday. I just had a bath using boiled water from pans and kettle and there was rice floating in it! :zombie:
