I've just chucked away the 2nd shirt this week as he's managed to get ink stains all down the front and I'm now fed up with replacing stuff.

Does anyone know where I can get CHEAP but smart shirts and trousers from?

He's VERY fussy and I've had a look in Matalan but couldn't find anything I think he'd like and there isn't a Primark for miles.

I need shirts and trousers that look quite smart but not suit and tie smart (iyswim).

He's works for a printing company and although he doesn't do any printing he still seems to end up covered in ink so I end up buying him a couple of new shirts a week.

Any ideas I'd be hugely greatful. Thanks

My hubby got some nice, CHEAP shirts from Asda a couple of months ago for an interview. He's also had trousers from there in the past to and not complained about them, which is an achievement in it's self

Tesco and Sainsbury's also sell some nice clothes.

I was going to say Matalan, the shirts in packs are nice quality but not much to choose from in short sleeve when I looked. The ones on hangers aren't as good

Of course...Tesco and ASDA

Thanks!

Our local Matalan was pretty useless, lots of shorts, t-shirts and stuff but they had hardly any shirts and the ones they did have were a bit to poncy for my OH.

Asad are pretty good, my OH has a shirt from there he wears a quite a lot. Have you tried Peacocks?

The sales are on too, or starting soon. M & S have some good prices too, they have reduced the prices of their clothing due to competition from discount clothing stores.

I haven't tried Peacocks yet, I know there's a sale on at the moment as a friend of mine has just bought herself virtually a whole new wardrobe for under £100.

I just can't face driving into town, trying to find somewhere to park and then trailing round the shops.
