Oh CH I know how you feel.
I think it sounds like the buyers have problems but dont want to say anything???
Is it possible they might be trying to back out??? But too scared to say anything directly??
:higgies: I'd be pulling my hair out by no Gemma :higgies:

:higgies: what a fecking nightmare. I can't believe they're still messing about - have the buyers got a mortgage offer?
Is there anyway you could remarket your house and move out anyway? you might be able to switch your current mortgage to a buy to let while it's on the market?

I would go back there tomorrow and have it out with her, ask why she is doing this and demand some honest answers.
If she still plays dumb, ask her to ring the EA whilst you are still there or better still ring the EA from your mobile whilst you have her there and pass them onto her.
Sirry you are having to go through this, how immensly frustrating and annoying

That's sounds like a great back up plan CB.
CH could you afford to cover both mortgages for a month whilst this was sorted out?

that could work - but I can understand how frustrated you are, you shouldn't have to be sorting this out - your EA's should be chasing them :hissyfit: :hissyfit: :hissyfit: (on your behalf)

Yes they have the morgage offer they have everything they just need to sign these papers so he can apply for the LSP loan which takes 5 days then we can exchange
I was thinking about getting it back on the market but i dont want to give our buyers a excuse to pull out or get funny, we cant move though as we cant afford to pay 2 morgages especially if this all falls through on ours
Were already paying £760 on our house now when b4 we were tied into a fixed deal it was £550. There is no way we could afford 2 morgages & all the bills etc

I want to go back there but i dont want to push her so she thinks "im getting all this hassel" & we lose them. I think thats a good idea though about phoning the EA whilst she is there she will be made to look like a right d*ck

It might not be a month & we would have to get a bridging loan there is no way i would do it its a big risk to take & my morgage advisor said no as well & we would be paying about 3k back there is no way
