We have been on and of with this for what feels like forever!

I know it in't but it feels that way at times

E has statred this thing lately that she refuses to get on the toilet, she will scream and struggle and will even prefer to go to bed, rather than get on the toilet.

yesterday, she didn't want her pull ups on and we had three acciedents. It can be wee or poo, it isn't just one

We went through a long stage that she was dry and would ask for the toilet but would poo and tell you afterwards

We ahve been trying to say to her that she needs to tell us before she goes and her responce is "told mummy" meaning that she old us that she HAS done it

Don't know where to go with this now. How would you proceed? I don't want to force her onto the toilet and her end up with a complex and refuse to near the toilet.

Do we just carry on as we have been and accept that there will be some better days than others and she will regress at times and pee everywhere?

She is often dry overnight and the first thing she says in the morning is "toilet" but then there are times when she comes through with a massive wet nappy

RRRrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh

Please help

Helen

She's still very young, so I would just encourage her to go on the toilet if she wants to put don't push it. You could try encouraging her by getting her to go to the shops with you to choose pants or you could try a sticker chart (these were very successful with Henry) but still keep it pretty low key, IYSWIM.
