Well, I've been back full-time for all of 4 weeks, and I'm already really missing time with my bear :no:

I don't see him at all in the morning (I leave for the gym at 6.15, by which time he is not awake), usually pick him up around 5.15, so get just under 2 hours in the evning. He is often tired though and not wanting to do much, so I just feel like I get virtually no quality time at all :no:

Getting pregnant doesn't seem to be happening, and I can't apply for flex working until I've bene here at least 6 months, and atm, I cna just feel months stretching in front of me full-time with no time with my wee bear :cry:

I know that it is hard, but stick with it, enjoy your weekends with him, and it will not be long before you can go 'flexi'

Also, we will come and 'cheer you up' another lunchtime soon.

Can you not sacrifice your gym each morning for time with Teddy? Even if you do the gym every other morning?

TBH, it makes very little difference. I take Weds off usually, but I sitll have to leave at 715 (I start early in order to finish early) and T only gets up at 7 so I literally see him for 10 mins and feed him brekkie before leaving :shrug:

I was going to suggest going to the gym in the evening after he had gone to bed.

Who get him up and changes him and stuff in the morning? Your OH? I guess he wants time with him too.

Have you got any holiday you could use to have a day off every other week?
