Thanks Tesco!

We got our Tesco delivery last night, only to find 6 cartons of Del Monte OJ, a pack of 4 millionaires shortbread, a pack of apples, half dozen organic eggs, and a couple of other bits. Oh and 2kg of carrots :shock: Doesn't free food taste SO much better?! :clap:

I rang them this morning to tell them, and they said not to worry, they had already re-delivered to the other person, and it wouldn't be economical to collect these bits from me :cheer:

So, I need any good T&T carrot recipes you can give me. I'm thinking of doing carrot cake and carrot and coriander soup if anyone can help there?

Delia's Ultimate Carrot Cake is my fave but I just make double of the icing on the Saturday Carrot Cake instead of doing the mascarpone one.
