I'm a bit of a thicko in the kitchen but I've got this recipe for chicken in red wine that I want to try cos it looks quite easy! It needs half a pint of red wine and I just wondered whether there's such a thing as red wine for cooking, or do you just use normal red wine? I know you can get those little 'half' bottles but they work out expensive don't they?
