..with your children over easter?? are you going anywhere or just the norm for you..my daughter finishes school tomorrow for 2weeks no idea what to do.. :no:

I dont know what we are doing yet really. We want to go out for the day on Good Friday but no idea where yet, Saturday we are burying my OH's Grandmas ashes and having a small service, Sunday - who knows and on the Monday I am cooking an almighty 'Sunday' Roast Dinner!

Swimming one of the days but not sure which yet - trying to get madam acclimatised to the pool before our holiday. On Saturday P and I have been invited to a wee easter tea party by a wonderful Damsel who's Mummy has agreed we can meet and make a mess at her house!!!! :shock: We are very much looking forward to it.

Not much else planned really - may do a mini easter egg hunt in the garden for P as we went to one last year and she was a bit little but she might love it this year. It will be mini as our garden is very small but hopefully that means she'll find the eggs!

This weekend we are decorating egg cups for my family as easter presents (check them out in Tesco - under £4 for 4 ceramic egg cups and paint! In the homewares section) I'm going to pop a cadburys creme egg into each eggcup.

Sorry but when exactly IS easter :oops:

I know the kids have broken up for the easter break round these parts because i know all the playgroups etc are closed next week and the week after. So is it Good Fri NEXT Fri?? Not tomorrow is it!?? :shock: God help me if it is i've not bought a single egg yet!

I've no idea what we'll be doing :doh: Usually have a big meal around MIL's but they're off to Jersey for a week on the Thursday before Good Fri so it won't be happening this year (phew!)

Probably won't actually GO anywhere as everywhere is always packed and i'm not a huge fan of sitting in traffic or standing in ques. Dh will probabaly only have the Monday off work (assuming its a Bank hol) if its not a Bank Hol then he'll work as normal on the Fri and the Monday and possibly the Sat too.

Well Kenidee is on her 1st week off and has gone to her Dads today till sunday, then my furniture goes into storage and I need to clean my house before I hand it back on Thursday... so the poor lass won't get to do much :-( she is going to stay at her friends house one night so she is looking forward to that!

I'll make up for it over easter weekend as everything will be done by then!

I am at work apart from the bank holidays so not a lot. Grace's nursery is having an easter bonnet parade on Thurs so i have my instructions to make her one. We are going out for a meal for a friend's 40th on Easter sunday but apart from that not a lot.

DD has been off nearly a week already and we haven't really done much - might be going swimming tomorrow, and she's been at her friends to play. Oh, and DH took her to the cinema last night.

No plans over Easter weekend though - might paint a couple of boiled eggs and go roll them down a hill somewhere.

My SIL is up with her boys so we will be spending lots of time with them, not sure doing what yet, depends on the weather!!

Also Easter Sunday is MILs birthday so we are going out for lunch, 20 of us :clap: :clap:

I planned a few things for easter, going swimming, wakey warehouse, town park, ball pit but last night bethany turned around and said that for the easter holidays she wants to go to nursery :cry:

it made me feel quiet craapy really, i explained that she wont know anyone there and that her school friends are going to adifferent ones but she didnt care, its not like her at all either, she had been looking forward to the holidays so much
