So a few weeks ago i went into Ann Summers just to have a look around  and come across some lurvely underwear....i say to the sales assistant 'you wouldn't do it in my size anyway' she asked me my size, i tell her 40DD, she says 'you're joking, no way yr that big around'

Anyway, i ended up getting my jubblies measured and i'm a 36E!  Today in BHS i thought i'd treat myself to some new undies and do you think i could find any really really lovely underwear in my size??? I was getting really frustrated and just as i was about to walk out i spotted some nice bras and lone and behold they had my size!:thumb:

Who also has this problem with (a) bra fitters for telling you your the wrong size and (b) when you find out your jugs are a LOT bigger can you ever find the size you want?

I can vouch for Bravissimo. They don't actually measure you but find a bra that fits. They spend loads of time with you and are always v helpful.

M&S do bras in that size too as will most department stores.

I got measured in M&S and Mothercare and surprisingly they both measured me the same.

I am a 34F now, I was 34DD pre preg. I am still breastfeeding so hopefully when I stop my :boobies: will go down a cup size or 2. I have to buy size 14 tops which is the largest I have ever been. :sigh:

I'd reccomend Bravissimo as well for the best bras, the best fit and the best staff, for bigger boobs

Nowhere else compares for me, M&S are just pants:pants:

I was measured yesterday at La Senza - they measured me as a 38E (I used to be a 34E pre Lola, and I'm sure I haven't developed loads of back fat all of a sudden  , but hey ho).

They have quite a lot of their styles in bigger sizes, and always have some sort of special offer going :thumb:

I agree 100 % I would also like to recommend selfridges . I always get measured at the Trafford center one when I make the trip down . They dont do it with a tape measure like bloody M&S they go by the position of the wire, the tightness off the backstrap etc . The best fitters I've ever had ... then in the future I either buy from the bravissimo site or Figleaves ( because I live in a one horse town up North).By the way the underwired swimmwear by these too is fab also :thumb:
