Title says it all really!

If not, any other recommendations? I'm afraid I need exact quantities, not much of a 'throw a bit in' kind of cook!

I'd say that that sounds fine to me!! I did the Jamie O one earlier in the week and it was absolutely divine BUT it is a handful of this and a handful of that, glug of oil etc - certainly no exact quantities.

It's on the new recipe challenge if you fancy having a look at it but if you do want exact measurements, I'd just go for the Delia one.

I'm a huge Delia fan - her things are normally fabulous and do exactly what it says on the tin - so I'm sure it will be wonderful!

Let us know how it goes

Well, it was ok, but I wouldn't exactly say it was delicious. Maybe next time I'll have to be brave and try your Jamie O one!
It also made loads and I have to think of ways to use it up - so far we've had it with pasta and with chicken and unless I rotate those two I'm a bit stuck.

Hi Bokik

I've never made pesto myself, though I will soon as I love it, but I use a website called 'Recipes 4 Us (http://www.recipes4us.co.uk)' alot for inspiration, and here's what it returned when I searched on pesto (http://search.freefind.com/find.html?id=3386080&pageid=r&mode1=ALL&query=pesto&mode=Match+ALL). Hope you get some ideas!!

ETA: Here are the results from the BBC Food site (http://www.bbc.co.uk/apps/ifl/food/recipes/queryengine?templatestyle=refine_by_1_gg&orig_kw=pesto&config=db&scope=recipes&page=1&pagesize=15&attrib_26=keywords&oper_26=eq&val_26_1=%2Bpesto&attrib_2=programme_name&oper_2=eq&val_2_1=&attrib_3=chef_name&oper_3=eq&val_3_1=&attrib_12=healthy&oper_12=eq&attrib_13=quick&oper_13=eq&attrib_10=vegetarian&oper_10=eq) too. xx
