View Full Version : Good week and good way to start my day

I have been to the gym everyday this week for 2 hours everyday i am well chuffed with myself
Most days it was 9-11, i am still normally asleep at 9am, it felt great to be in there sweating my asse off knowing that i was doing myself some good, not once did i not wake up and feel un-motivataed and not wanting to go
I am going tomorrow to and sunday, got to get my derier in the best conditon i can as im in hotpants on sunday :brainache:
This week i have done 2000 situps i did 400 every morning
I also went to a excersise class lastnight circuit training and have used my lateral thigh trainer 3 x this week for 1/2 hour
I have however been naughty with what i have munched on i consumed 2 bars of 250g of chocolate in a hour lastngiht while watching BB & SUGAR RUSH i have also ate alot of crap but havent gained a lb :cheer2:

OMG!! You're going for it then!
How on EARTH do you get to still be asleep at 9am when you've got a toddler though?!!:shock: :huh:
I really miss the gym.:-(

Me and alfie go back to bed at about 8am, we lie there and then fall asleep and dont wake til 10.30-11am :oops:
I do hate doing it though as i feel even worse when i wake up and the day goes by to quick

Nope CF im not seeing a change, well yes i am i feel i am looking bigger and broader, instead of slimmer and toned

Yeah but bigger and broader is better than wider and fatter!!!
Anyway, you've inspired me - I did 200 crunches this morning, and some other stuff for my legs on my gym ball.:clap:
Have you got one of those gym balls? If you like exercising at home I'd recommend it - just get a little book that explains the exercises in it. You can virtually get a full body workout with one.

Well done you. I haven't been to the gym for about 2 weeks so have been really naughty. I am determined to get there tonight though as I'm feeling really guilty about not going.

This week i chilled it out abit and have been 3 x for 4 hours in total
I have been naughty this week with what i have ate and am very surprised that i have lost some, i lost 1lb :thumb:
That now puts me at the weight i was last November after that i have been up near the 10stone mark.
I am so chuffed now i just need to keep making it go down to the weight i use to be almost 3 years ago
I can now see myself getting smaller too :cheer2:
