Why is it that when one goes for a nap the other doesn't.

My 3 year old has decided to have a nap she had given it up for a long time and my youngest usually has her nap at this time but refuses to go to sleep.
I thought 'oh how nice' i can have a little nap myself. :no:

I'm still :faint: that some of the kids at Henry's pre-school (who are his age) still HAVE naps! No fair! (It's my phrase of the day! :grin:
