Homemade burger ideas

Has anyone got a decent burger recipe they care to share? I usually do them with steak mince, mushrooms & onion but fancy something different for a change so any suggestions welcome (except blue cheese as DH doesn't like it). Cheers :smile:

I often do burgers with chopped up gherkins and dijon mustard, they can fall apart a bit so a beaten egg helps too. Yum!

I did Jamie O's Botham Burgers at the weekend for a BBQ and they were lush, they went down a treat, will defo be doing them again and may even experiment with other ingredients now I know how easy it is to make them
