I've decided to ignore my hatred of commercialism and make DH a pressie for Father's Day. I want to make him some toffee so has anyone got a recipe please? (and do I need a thermometer, because if I do I'll go back to saying what a load of commercialised crap Mother's and Father's Day is.......)
