what do you stuff mushrooms with

I bought big mushrooms with the idea of stuffing them but what would you recommend? Oh, BTW, I'm like old mother hubbard just now so basics good :thumb: :lol:

I use various things - cheddar, breadcrumbs, garlic, parmesan.....

Yep, normally about 10-15mins would do but I guess it depends what you stuff with.

Take out the stalk and chop and then fry that with some garlic and some finely chopped onion too if you'd like.

Combine this with breadcrumbs, a little wholegrain mustard and cheddar (you could even use a little bacon too) and pile back into the mushies and bake for about 15 mins in a hottish oven.

Ooh YUM ! Without the blue cheese (maybe some mozarella instead) that sounds fab and may have to feature on our menu in the next few weeks :thumb:
