I know this is a stupid question but can anyone tell me how you cook a frittata (with pasta rather than potato)...I'm totally clueless and fancy something different than normal ommelette

Thanks

I beat up 2 eggs (for 2 people) and mix with whatever leftover spaghetti/pasta I have, including the sauce unless it's too runny. Get a non-stick frying pan really hot, add the mixture and cook til it sets. Of course you can cook the spaghetti or pasta specially for it too!

Is there anything else I should put in...I was going to pop some spinach too

You can literally put in anything you fancy; salami or ham are good, any veg, cheese etc. Spinach sounds good too, though make sure there's no water in it.

I didn't realise you could use pasta rather than potato  that sounds lovely.

I have used chorizo or pancetta and peas, and I've topped it with goats cheese too (prob not very authentic but yummy)
