Does he take vitamins generally? I'd have thought that he'd benefit from a good multivit but it difficult to tell really and it would take a while for there to be a noticeable difference. Does he eat properly? Is he not sleeping soundly? Does he exercise? Loads of questions!

I don't know really but it might be worth having a look at this:

I've bought supplements from them before and think they are really really good. Customer service is excellent and I beleive that their products are really good quality (no connection, just a satisfied customer).
You can phone them up and they will advise you which of their supplements are suitable, and may be able to say what EPO will do to a man. My mum phones them fairly regularly and says they really know their stuff. You can phone or email with no commitment to buy.
Might be worth a look!

tired and moody not just me then lol
tablets can help most times but a total rethink on what he does and can change will help more and be better for him
eating habits could be the 1st sign of tiredness if eating too much junk snacking here and there on choc/crisps ect...
how many hours sleep a night does he get?

he could try these http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supplies/tablets/caffeine-x-200-tablets/
take no more than 2 a day imo and not after 5pm if he wants to sleep
also drink plenty of water while taking them and cut out fizzy pop as you will be buzzing too much
try and rotate your sleeping times around your child as in go bed when they do and nap when they do if you can
if he his working next day then you take control of the babies but you make sure he deals with them when he's off and make sure you get some time alone
if you need more info on anything let me know im off bed now gotta be up at 5am for work all check back tommorow night
