Yes, okay, I am watching Cbeebies today :ellie: but does anyone else find Miss Hoolie's teeth and gums rather disturbing?

I find the whole thing like Twin Peaks.

I find the song quite sinister when they are singing ba-la-mor-y.

I find them all quite scarey tbh. Specially Spencer when he sings HIS song and says "make your little eyes go POP" scares the living pee out of me
Miss Hoolie is quite scarey too, she'd be better suited playing a wicked witch IMO.

Well unfortunately Eliza is in LURVE with Balamory so its compulsive viewing in our house. The only ones that give me the creeps are PC Plum and Archie, dont know what it is about them

ooh, we LOVE Balamory in this house, and Spencer is one of my faves (must be the North American Accent!), and "Plummers" is Logan's favourite.

If you think Balamory is weird have any of you seen LazyTown??
Claire loves it and always asks for it. It used to be on BBC2 at 8.30am but stopped when they rejigged the schedule at Christmas. Its now back on BBC1 at 3.20pm and Claire is very very happy. I find it strangely addictive.

PC Plum is a deviant.
I found myself watching Balamory today, while T was ignoring it. It's a bit like Eastenders for the under fives (and stupid mummies).

I can't stand Balamory, and Elise doesn't seem that bothered either, thank god. The worst thing is the theme tune and the annoying voices that sing it :angrybot:

Oh god DONT MENTION that theme tune, I cannot tell you how many times I have sang this on the way home today to try and keep Miss E from throwing a total hissy fit   The child is OBSESSED   :laff: :laff:

Oh we love Balamory in this house. It is the only time she will sit still on my knee to watch it. I sing the song to her all the time but it does get a bit silly because I don't know all the words so I end up going diddly dee a diddly dee in the middle bits
We also like Play with me Sesame and the Hoobs. G doesn't watch that much tv though she seems to lose interest quite quickly.

We're another Balamory household - Eilis loves it! We got her a Balamory plate and cup from Matalan on Saturday (the cup is pretty cool actually - all the characters are on, and the clothes and shoes slide round so you can swap their outfits! Interesting to see what PC Plum looks like at weekend :laff: ).
She's also a new convert to 'Bob' since I got the Mirror a few weeks ago, and it had a DVD of Pingu and Bob the Builder.
PS. I agree - Sportacus is rather delish. Yay for Cbeebies!!

This is Henry's new obsession too. I also hate PC Plum - he looks like he is caked in make-up & has an odd look about him! :laff:
