Can you start introducing baby rice at 5months?

Can you introduce baby rice even if your baby is only 5 months?

He has suddenly become very hungry and he has started to watch me and OH eat. He has both boobs and sometimes will have a 150ml bottle on top :shock: :shock: If I don't give it to him or take the bottle away to early, he'll just cry and suck on his fingers :rolleyes:

5 months would be fine if you feel he is ready for it:smile:

Emily was just under five months when we started her on baby rice. Sounds like he is ready for it!

I started Evie on baby rice at 5 months too. It's fine. :smile:

i started mia on 4 and half months, HV told me to start at 4 months.

In the olden days (6 years really :wink:) the advice was to start them at 4 months - my son has never looked back.

they say not before 20 weeks, but some need it before, you should be fine!
