Rather than the usual mayo with chives etc.
Fingers crossed, having a bbq this Sat and would like to do something a bit different.
Will try it out on DH this week!!
Thanks

A Brazilian friend of mine makes potato salad with sour cream, olives & spring onions. I guess you could throw anything in though really... even celery!

Celery and walnut pieces is nice. Or make it with garlic mayo rather than plain. Or a sort of curried mayo (a la coronation chicken). Potato salad is much nicer made with diddy new potatoes rather than cubed ordinary potatoes too (IMHO!).

I have made the same Delia one as Pancake before and it is lovely although OH who is very traditional in taste said it was too sour for his taste.
Potatoes bravas ?? are gorgeous my mate always brings them to BBQ's and they are always first to go will try and find a recipe.

Boil potatoes.
Add,
@ 4 sundried toms- chopped, cubes of cheddar cheese (though I use whatever we have in fridge), cooked green beans, olives and then mix with 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tbspn balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard and 2 cloves crushed garlic.
Probably have forgotten something but you get the drift!
