Snoring - what do I do?

DH stopped smoking about a month ago - he's doing really well and I'm very proud of him. However, one side effect is that he snores a lot more. I can't sleep through it, even wearing ear plugs.

Is there anything he can do? I am :zombie:

ive had this problem for months as people have seen from my previous posts,i find punching him in the middle of the night in the back works wonders for all of an hr other than that as peopl on here have recomended for me is ear plugs so you cant here him, i bought some spray called intec lab anti snoring spray in a blue bottle which worked fantastic i got it from B&M or home bargin (quality save) sending you lots of sleep vibes
