Chocolate crispy cakes !

Ok, I'm sure as a Mummy I should KNOW how to cook these but I'm :oops: to admit I don't.

I have lots of kiddies coming for Alex's party on Saturday and need to make some - a party just isn't a party without them.

HELP !

I just use melted chocolate and cornflakes, or rice crispies as simple as that

All I do is this:

Melt chocolate in big bowl.

Tip in rice crispies (or cornflakes).

Mix.

Spoon into cake cases.

Eat.

:lol: LOL! I always make these for school cake stalls etc as they are so easy!!!! :grin:

You can melt marshmallows with some butter too! I never bother measuring quantities! Yummm!

Melt mars bars and stir in rice crispies. S'pose you could do it with snickers too but never tried that...

I'm liking the idea of the mars bars but I think I'm going to keep it simple at the moment ! Guess what I'm going to be doing this afternoon :smile:

Yum !

I ended up putting in some golden syrup and a little smidge of butter to loosen the mixture as it was a bit thick to mix.
