I'm starting my diet tonight so for i am having steamed chicken and vine tomatos with mashed sweet potato (never had) and broccoli! Followed by a strawberry and banana sundae!:hungry: yummy!

My south beach diet tea is American sausages with some kind of veg followed by plain yougart with a sprinkle of sweetner and vanilla extract

Chicken salad made with cold roast chicken, celery, sweetcorn & mayo (Mr S's favourite) with hot ciabatta, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.

Well I am home alone and forgot to take something out the freezer. I really fancy shephards pie but I've no chance. It'll probably be cheese on toast .:oops:

We're having roast chicken with roasted veg (parsnip, toms, red pepper, onion, courgette) with mashed potato/cauliflower.

I love roasts as you just throw it all in the oven and forget about it for a couple of hours - easy cooking!
