I've been mooching around threads in search of inspiration for meals and you mentioned "sticky lemon chicken" - pretty please could I have the recipe?
Thanks

LOL - you nosey buggers!!!!!
Nothing like a nose in a FAO thread though!!!!
Here's the one I use:
6 boneless chicken breasts (with skin on)
red onion cut into wedges
500g floury potatoes
2 large lemons
6 garlic cloves
2 tbspn clear honey
2 tbspn olive oil
fresh thyme
fresh rosemary
Brown chicken in pan (skin side down) for a min or so.
Put in roasting tin with potato and onion wedges.
Zest both lemons. Wedge one and juice the other. Put wedges into roaster.
Put in whole garlic cloves.
Mix lemon juice, honey, oil.
Pour over chicken add herbs.
Bake for 1hr or until wedges are soft and chicken is cooked.
