Tofu?

Bought some and stuck in the freezer.

Seen it about, heard people mention it.
What exactly is it and what do I do with it and will my boy like it?

I use it in stir fries (chinese style).

I especially like the cauldron marinated one.

Other than that I'm a bit limited, so bring on the ideas!


ETA: C hated it! Dunno whether it was the general chinese beansprouts etc or the Tofu itself. Must try her again sometime....

stir fries, thai red and green curries. minced up with lemongrass, chilli and spring onion, formed into patties and shallow fried - yum!

ps I always fry it in a bit of oil first (in cubes) - this makes the outsides golden and stops it breaking up so easily when you put it into a stir fry and stir it! This way, add it near the end.
