After many weeks of suffering and me nagging him to stop moaning and do something about it, DH has finally decided that he needs to do something about his sciatica. We know it's definitely that because both me and my mum have had it. So rather than going to the docs and getting referred he wants to get some kind of treatment booked this week.

But is a chiropractor or physio the best route? My mum had physio and traction, but another friend recommended chiropactor.

Any ideas?

I had osteopathy and physiotherapy for this and it was really effective. I even forgotten I ever had it.

Good luck

I had physio for this whilst pregnant, but would also recommend an osteopath.
