Oh dear :-(
I guess I would try and get her to drink some water, at least, or offer her milk from a beaker or spoon.
And get ready for another disturbed night I suppose :-(

Dora, you should be able to get her an emergency doc's appointment because your doctors surgery will have contracted out out-of-hours cover to someone. It won't be at the surgery (ours is at the local cottage hospital) and there may be a hideous queue, but it will be there. There should be a phone number on your surgery's ansafone message. Failing that, I'm sure if you call NHS direct they should be able to give you advice and probably the local number.
The worry now would be if she gets dehydrated as small babies get dehydrated easily, and you really need a doc to check for that. If you aren't getting anywhere getting a doc out of hours, you can take her to the nearest A&E - the bigger the better as they usually have an on-duty paediatrician. I've just read what I've written and realise how worrying it sounds - I don't mean it is a medical emergency, just that if you want to see a paed in a hurry in the UK the best way is to get down to A&E. Don't worry about wasting their time, they see far more stupid things than this. You want to get down there before the alcohol-and-stupidity crowd start to check in this evening.

I think Redhed's advice is pretty good too. You need to make sure she isn't dehydrated.
Sorry you are having such a bad time at the moment, I hope Amy gets better soon.
