Hiya,

I am doing WW points programme and have spent 6 points today out of my 22 points.
I really want a take away tonight, but have no idea what points will be in what..

Does anyone know what food are low points value, and can anyone suggest something I could have wit my leftover 16 ppoints?

Pleeease...

Tandoori chicken? That's quite low fat etc.

Or 1/3 of a pizza.

What kind of takeway do you fancy?

Absolutely anything, I just don't want to cook, and o/h suggested a takeaway.
I probably mostly fancy chinese, but really, I'm just starving..

Is 1/3 pizza really 16 points?

I was also going to say Tandoori chicken. Tandoori king prawns would probably be even less.

I know there are some things that you can definitely get from the chinese but I'm really sorry I can't remember what they are

Have a lovely dinner whatever you choose.

I'm off out on the town so shall be hitting the non alcoholic cocktails!! :ellie:

You'd be surprised about pizza - 16 points is a lot!

If you fancy Chinese, then how about something in a sweet and sour sauce. And a little rice.

Really, 16 points is quite a lot to play with

Yeah oh boo hiss, I just want to eat a WHOLE pizza
Or a whole sweet & sour & a whole portion of rice:grin:
I'm a bit greedy as you can see

can you not just have tonight off enjoy it and then get straight back on the wagon tomorrow? I shouldn't think one meal will have an effect and you will enjoy it a lot more if your not worrying about points

Well I COULD, but don't want to IYSWIM..
Cos I'll just blame myself if I haven't lost on monday..

Might just have some chow mein w. chicken, that shoudln't be too bad I shouldn't think.
Or perhaps Tandori chiken..

I was going to suggest chicken chow mein or how about a chop suey with plain rice - or maybe a little egg fried rice if you've got the points.

I'm probably too late with this anyway !!
