They cant complain because their DH has had an equally hard week?
My DH hs a talent for waking up at stupid o'clock and has been going into work early by choice for some odd reason.
This makes him knackered by about 8 oclock and I hve no help around the house whatsoever and I am often cleaning and sorting out the house while he is vegging.
I never complain, but today im so tired and miserable, and I just want to tell someone about how hrd my week has been...
But the stay at home mum route is the easiest isnt it:rolleyes: Hes just gonna think im having a laugh!

:higgies: :higgies: for you.
I've left DH to cope all day with Matthew a couple of times on his own, and he's now got a better understanding of just how hard it can be  It's tough when you feel you can't let off steam about it though.

Yep, I know this one.
But even if I was working I'd still get the 'my job is harder than your job' argument. Apparently all I used to do was laze around at my desk painting my nails...

Yep Im with you too.
Though me and hubby actually had words about this again over the weekend, and yesterday he was (again) ready to hand his notice in as he knows how much I hate his job.
Its a tough one. We all work hard, one way or another. Expressing your feelings is no bad thing hon, just do it in a sympathetic way to his feelings too.
Love lots,

Nope, I complain anyway  Seriously though, it's not a competetion of who had the hardest time of it, it is about mutual support, and you should still feel able to offload on him, even though you can appreciate at the same time that he is tired and overworked too
Staying at home is NOT the easy option :happyno:
Hope you're okay sweetie :higgies:

Yup, i moan too. I know it's not necessarily the answer for you but I find Toby going to a CM for a day a week makes an immense difference. It means I have to curtail my spending but it gives me the opportunity to take a break and catch up on the washing and tidying.
Also, I'm a big believer that miracles can be worked in 15 minutes. Literallym 15 minutes is all you need to straighten a room or stack the washing etc. Don't run around more than you need to. Cliona won't remember having a dead tidy house but she will remember bring with her mummy.
