:faint: WOO HOO!!!! Is it your birthday? Is he having an affair?? (or did you find a rare species of husband........:scratchchin: One that cooks AND is thoughtful.........you're married to a woman aren't you?? OR was it an extra special bj last night? :teehee: )
You lucky lucky lady!!!!!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm a really sad cow and adore my food processor - SO need to get out more!!)
And a waffle maker - that's definitely on my list for "things that I can buy when I don't live in a shoebox"!!
Do you make your own batter or do you buy it? (is it easy to make??) I ADORE waffles (with maple syrup and icecream....... YUM SCRUM!!!!!!!!!!!)
Have a great evening!!!

aw thanks kat  no, none of the above, he is the cook though so that might influence his purchases! (sorry should say chef) and him and splashy were at a loose end today while i was out earning an honest crust...
well i've been banging on about getting a food processor for ages and he's decided he can't do thai cooking without it - the waffle maker is something we've been meaning to get for ages (but i was going to get it for his birthday from the cats so am going to have to think of something else now....)
yes HE will be making the batter :ellie: - i think its just eggs, flour & milk or something - nothing too advanced - same as for pancakes. we shall be cracking open the maple syrup indeed!
OR was it an extra special bj last night? :teehee: )
:zombie: unlikely!
i haven't been able to find his doodah for months what with my belly, 2 extra pillows and assorted cats in between us these days! mind you i think he probably deserves a little one tonight... oh well, best go and shave my moustache... :sigh:

Hi hon MMMmmmmmmmmwwwahhhh! :winkblue:
(Finally back online - only took Virgin THREE weeks to switch to our new address! :hissyfit: )
How fab is Mr B - have fun with your new purchases - is a food processor worth getting then? Or can I do most of the same stuff with my blender?

ooh, good point narcissa, spesh with the rate my hair is growing at the moment. unfortunately the slippers were such kwality that they've falllen apart already - we're going back tomorrow to get the little piggies instead....
hey sparks :cheer2: we've missed you! :LipsPurple:
well we had the same debate about the food processor as we've never had one, but judging by mr backson's orgasmic day today its quite a lot better than a blender. spesh for making things into paste, chopping things & other such stuff apparently. i have yet to try it
but it made very good thai fish cakes and prawn toast, even did most of the washing up too (bloody should have done at that price too i tell you!) :fryingpan:
i am looking forward to creaming in it.
i mean with it :pour:
