Quick question re: statements

If I can print my statements from internet banking, can these be used to reclaim my bank charges?

Nope, just do a seperate piece of paper listing the dates and how much you got charged and what for (interest charges and overdraft fee) and that should be fine.

You don't need to send your statements just a spreadsheet showing all the charges.

I have printed off a list of charges I have paid since Jan 2006 from online banking would that do? There is also one more from Dec 2005 that didnt get included on the list but I guess I could write that on, couldn't I?
