What is the best way for toning up my mummy tummy?

I would have thought sit-ups, but can never bring myself to do them - is there anything else?

Is it worth joining a bums tums and thighs class, do these classes actually work?

I was told pilates was awesome for toning a tummy!

God my tum SO needs toning its untrue. I felt like a right hippo on holiday in my bikini  especially as our friends wife has had 3 kids in 4 years and is a bag of bones, totally toned without an ounce of fat on her :( I looked like a huge jelly next to her :( (and she is 14 years older than me too to make matters worse :()

I tried doing sit ups but i can't get motivated to do them everyday and tbh i keep forgetting. I can't really go to a class as such as i've no one to have Lu on a regular basis and its difficult to do something in the evening as DH isn't always home on time for me to do a class :(

Yup, I agree, situps are soooooooo boring. I try and do 60 when I do my normal regime at the gym in groups of 20.

I did the LBT class at the gym, and everything was good and I enjoyed it apart from the aerobics routine (choreography) at the beginning, which I felt a right lemon doing. Everyone apart from me knew the routine.

Body Pump also incorporates situps which were very good as you tone different areas of your tummy.

Pilates is brilliant but you do need to go to classes at least at first to get the moves right.
