Hiya and thanks for your lovely messages.

it was a complete surprise to me. We've joked about it, and kinda agreed we'd do it sometime, but I was absolutely bowled over when he got down on his knee and produced a ring and asked me. Turns out he's even asked my Dad already, so it's all official and proper.

My ring is white gold, with a single solitaire diamond in a cup, with sloping sholders on the ring, with a tiny diamond chip on each one. So 3 sparkles in all. I absolutely love it.

Have been grinning constantly since Saturday :D
