Trying not to moan but boy do I feel rough today! Felt sick most of the afternoon yesterday and went home and couldn't eat my dinner - could however eat an entire punnet of strawberries to myself later on! Woke up this morning and managed some toast but then felt really really icky.

Just repeating to myself 'it's a GOOD thing, it's a GOOD thing'!! Hoping this stops before 20 weeks unlike when I was expecting P!!

Aaaw Lois, it's grotty isn't it? But you're doing the right thing in thinking it's positive - it's happening because you're growing a little baby - YAY!

Have to say I feel grotty most days now - 37 weeks tomorrow and I'm just sleeping soooo badly. Being perky for Lexie in the mornings is getting increasingly difficult - god knows how I'll manage when I've been up half the night with the new baby!!!

Anyway, sending you lots of hugs and hoping you feel better as the day goes along.

Aww hun sorry to hear you are feeling rotten, hugs to you.

Hopefully it will soon pass, I suffered more this time round than I did with Miss E, mine probably went about 16 weeks (I think  )

I am not feeling yucky but tired tired tired beyond belief!!!!

This pregnancy lark is soooooooooo much harder second time round isnt it:zombie: :zombie:

Cant wait till next Monday and Tuesday, I am off on holiday and Miss E is in nursery so I am planning on two days in bed

Hope you soon feel better Lois!!

Me!

I have lower back ache, which I am a bit concerned about. I am now having to sit in a different room whilst DH eats his dinner. In fact I cannot even cook his dinner :bwahaha: :bwahaha: I only seem to want to eat carbohydrates (currently scoffing Melba Toast).

Could have easily phoned in sick this morning   and don't honestly remember feeling this bad with Oliver. I seem to have a bit of a respite between 1pm - 4pm and then it starts again.

Like you said Lois I keep reminding myself that it is all a good sign and it seems so self-indulgent to moan when you read some of the posts on the ttc board.

With you on the dinner thing PL. I'm meant to be cooking a curry tonight but can see me cooking it and then leaving DH to eat it!

My lunch today consists of a sausage roll, cocktail sausages and.......strawberries!!!! I'm such a wierdo!!

My idea of heaven right now (apart from a nap!) is a plate FILLED with roast potatoes and gravy and nothing else. MMMMMMMMMMMMM
