I noticed that you had Elise on your list actually! We were just saying today we were so glad we chose that name, and everyone always comments how lovely it is. Only one person didn't, her daughter was called Elsie, and she said Elise was very common :huh: :no: :fight:

I only know two other people with her name, and actually, I don't know one, it's my greengrocers grandaughter, and the other was a school teacher, which is how I got the name. How did you come across the name? Ours is pronounced as it's spelt, though she gets called Eleeze alot, like the car!

5.5 stone??? :OMFGsmilie: I put on 3.5 stone and was like a beached whale at the end, I can't imagine how awful that must have felt! Are you tall? I'm 5'3 with me heels on.

What a cow... Elise is soooo not common! I don't know any Elise's :fight: How do you pronounce it then? I was going to pronouce it Eleese, like the car :laff:
Its actually weird (and probably wrong) where I got it from but my ex (babys father) mentioned that him and his ex had that girls name for their son... I really liked it but thought it was worng to chose it, but after he left and wanted nothing to do with baby, I thought 'sod it' if I like it I don't care that they liked it, its not like they have a daughter called Elise!

I got massive with Kenidee... I was only 6st12 (and size 6) beforehand, and went up to 12.5 stone (which is massive on my tiny 5'1" frame) I am a size 12 now and was 8st12 before I fell pregnant and at almost 18 weeks I am 9st3lb so good going so far :clap:

I still get people not noticing with me as I only have a bump if you look sideways on!!!! I'm glad tho as I am a bit scared of getting too big (I used to have an eating disorder so dont want it to come back)

Well I just know I will get big . My boobs are already an F cup :roll: my mum is a big woman as are all the women in the family . I always struggle with my weight and have to diet constantly to maintain a size 12 .... surprisingly I just dont care at the moment its kind of liberating to not have to be slim . I always make a huge effort to how I look as I feel ugly most of the time (even if I am not going anywhere), I was never the 'pretty' one at school and only started to look half-decent in my early 20s (case of ugly duckling to swan maybe, but I still feel an ugly duckling) beleive it or not you will be hard pressed to find photos of me until recently... I am very camera shy!!!!

Thanks ladies!! :oops: The sonographer confirmed last week that there is only one...HOWEVER.... when DH's cousin went for her 20 week scan it was only then that they discovered she was having twins!!!!!!!!!!!!!:faint: :faint:

I'm hoping that it's just an early spurt and won't carry on growing at such a rate. Can you believe that some people at work still don't know I'm expecting!!!:lol: I mentioned it in passing to a girl in our canteen today and she said that she and the other waitress had commented to each other that I'd 'put on a bit of weight' but were too embarrassed to ask me!:lol:

I think I must retain a hell of a lot of water as I was massive with P and she was 7lb 9oz and I lost all my baby weight within two weeks. (Mind you I am quite overweight to start with:oops: )
