But i really fancy a cheese omlette but i don't know exactly how to make one :doh: :doh: :doh:

Beat up 3 eggs, add some grated cheese, salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Tip in the egg mixture in and as it begins to set pull the edges into the middle with a fork until it all sets, cook for a couple of minutes and grate more cheese over the top and fold it in half as you slide it onto a plate.
