you'd know wouldn't you?

I mean you'd be able to feel the uterus above your pelvis etc by then wouldn't you?

After having both of my two in the months afterwards I've had feelings similar to when I was pregnant and I know this is really common. Last time I knew I wasn't but this time we took a bit of a risk a few months ago. Baby is 7 1/2 months old now.

Over the last few months I've had a lot of periody type pains and over the last few days I've felt a lot of movement like feelings, have had this a lot before and known it was wind but this feels a bit different.

I'm sure its nothing, with my pregnancies I was incredibly sick from 5 weeks for a few months and I haven't been at all ill, also I haven't noticed any thickening out but you can't help but think...

Well you wouldn't neccesarily know.
Devilgirl didn't know she was pregnant- with twins until 15 weeks I think -or perhaps she was even 17 weeks, not quite sure.
So it is possible not to know.
I'd test if I was you!

I've heard so many stories about people getting that far without realising, just can't imagine it happening to me as it was sooo obvious both times before...

Devilgirl if you read this, what made you start to realise? was early preg really different to when you had Wolfie or quite similar?

Do tests actually work as late as 14 weeks?

I can remember that DG felt a kick when she was hanging out the washing!!!

I'm fairly sure the tests do work at 14 weeks, I'd do it just for peace of mind I think.

I was 17+5 when I found out I was pregnant with James, to be fair though, I had no symptoms whatsoever and had PCOs so hadn't had a period in 2 years. The bump 'grew' overnight, and a scan 2 weeks later dated me at 19+5. Twas a huge shock!

Get yourself a test and put your mind at ease.. mine was still luminous pink at 17+5

You can test definately at 8 weeks i believe??

My mum found out she was 19 weeks pregnant with my now 5 year brother from him kicking. She'd been approx 2 weeks when she had a coil fitted, she did wonder how her periods stopped so quickly, he's very lucky!

Get tested!!:thumb: :thumb:
