Easy things to add to couscous?

Hiya

My little girl who's nearly two absolutely loves couscous and so I'm looking for some really quick and simple ideas of things that I could add to it to make a complete meal for her, as it's just so easy.

sultanas
toasted pine nuts
fried bacon/pancetta
cooked ham/chicken
roasted veggies - peppers, red onion, mushrooms, courgettes
cubes of fetta cheese
olives

My kids love chicken and roasted veg added to couscous, dressed with lemon juice.

Actually it's a child friendly adaptation of a slimming world recipe - obviously with more cals!
