What to do with cooked lamb - HELP!

I have a shoulder of lamb that I cooked last week and froze. I have defrosted it today but cannot think of anything to do with it. Any ideas? Can't do curry as we have no sauce, and we've already had one this week. :shrug:

Minty lamb burgers. Mince and mix with an egg, herbs, breadcrumbs; shape and fry til hot. Can be served with anything from salad to home-made potato wedges!

You could cut it up and do it in a tomato and basil sauce with pasta?

Thanks for the replies ladies, I think it's going to be up to OH now, though I think he may go for either of these suggestions. I ended up leaving the lamb as it was, and he can do something with it for dinner tonight. :teehee:
